For some reason, when I build the game in webGL, it causes my rendertexture to not work and the game over ui to not trigger, I would fix it but I do not have the time for that sadly.
I didn't have time to fully finish the project so it's more like a prototype right now, I do want to keep working on this so here's a list of things I wanted to do for the gamejam but I didn't have time to finish:
- a better sprite for the shooter ennemies
- better sound design
- better level design (current level resembles a prototype
- better shooting ai
- an indicator as to when you can eat again
- enemies don't see you thru walls
and as for a full release, I would be adding these ideas as well:
- roguelike gameplay
- more enemy types
- bosses
- upgrades
- different types of projectiles
- different levels
- procedural generation for levels
I did have fun making this tho so thank you very much for organizing this gamejam and I'm looking forward to doing another one
